He’s helped tens of thousands of small business utilize the platforms ProStores and Magento, and has led a score of SMB focused initiatives as a Product and Engineering Manager at PayPal and eBay.

Aaron Unnasch Software Operations

Aaron Unnasch is a native of Austin, TX and studied business administration at Concordia University Texas. He spent 13 years in the Houston area in Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, and Product Management roles on software development teams at Aon Hewitt and HP before returning to his hometown of Austin in 2012 to join W2O Group. Aaron guides the TMRW Engine software development team through our agile development process. In his time outside of work, Aaron coaches youth baseball and enjoys exploring Austin, day tripping around Texas, and camping with his wife, Jennifer, and their 3 boys: Caden, Rylan, and Boston.

Gage Grammer Marketing

Gage's Headshot

Gage Grammer is a Texas native who also grew up in Nova Scotia, Canada. Gage studied Strategic Communications (PR and Advertising), while minoring in Writing at Texas Christian University. She interned at TCU’s student-run agency, ROXO, where she held the position of Digital Strategist and Web Master. After graduation, Gage interned at W2O Group as a Marketing Intern. She was then hired on full time where she ran all social platforms for W2O and managed/trained on W2O’s intranet. Gage was then transferred to Human Resources as the Learning and Development Specialist where she led all training and thought leadership throughout the organization. She recently moved back into Marketing where she led all outbound and internal communications for W2O. Gage now leads Marketing for TMRW Engine and continues to lead communications and social for W2O Group.

Guy Peluso Sales Director

Guy Peluso

Guy Peluso is a Sales and Marketing lead with extensive social media and wine domain expertise. Prior to joining the W2O Group as TMRW Engine’s Sales Director, Guy managed global wine brands Castello di Gabbiano and Souverain while at Treasury Wine Estates. He has lead sales and cross-functional teams with Dachis Group, Brand Networks and began his digital marketing career with DoubleClick.  Guy has worked with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board sourcing and marketing Italian Wines and studied wine marketing in Florence, Italy. He lives in Napa with his wife Katie and two children Jack and Giulia.

Originally from the central coast of California, Ani Araya-Byrd studied English Literature and public relations at San Diego State University, and developed a passion for client consulting and execution. After internships at San Diego PR agencies such as Formula PR, J. Walcher Communications and Elle Communications, Ani made the move to NYC and worked for lifestyle agency, Domain. She executed PR strategy and media relations for brands such as QVC, Matrix, the L’Oreal brand and Forevermark Diamonds. She jumped from the consumer industry to the digital health space at W2O Group and loves implementing her knowledge to the world of healthcare and technology.
